The Informal Mental Health Peer

The Informal Mental Health Peer Support program of Refugee Peer Northwest is a culturally appropriate support offered to the community by our Mental Health experts, on an informal basis.

Using approaches such as sharing lived experiences, mutuality & shared experiences, recovery-orientation, and empowerment, the mental health experts at RPNW will use different settings to help the individuals in their journey toward a smooth and successful integration in their new life in the United States.
All community support programs at Refugee Peer Northwest are in plain language, culturally appropriate, and offered in the language the individual speaks fluently.
